- Sailor Pluto
Pluto is another mysterious figure of Roman mythology. He abducted Persephone (daughter of Demeter [mother goddess] and Goddess of death). He also assigned a three headed dog by the name of Cerberus to guard the gates of the underworld. As the Keeper of Time, Pluto was known to have the ability to stop the gates of time, hence Sailor Pluto's forbidden attack "Dark Dome Close".

Sailor Pluto is what I prefer to name as the opposite of Sailor Saturn. That which Sailor Saturn destroys through vengence, Sailor Pluto creates through time. Sailor Pluto appears at the end of Sailor Moon R. Her powers are over the control of time. Setsuna is one of the most mysterious of all the Sailor Scouts. As the guardian of the passage of time, Setsuna is very isolated, and only reveals herself in the most desperate situations. In an essence, she holds the "keys" to the fate of the Sailor Scouts.
Sadly enough, this beauty of time and space has no love for anyone. A thousand years ago, Queen Serenity appointed her as the guardian of time once the other Sailor Scouts reached through the time warp. In return, she was given eternal life, but not eternal love. She faithfully remained at the gates of the time warp to make sure that no one passes through without her permission. After this long with no one to love, your heart would become as black as night too.
As Sailor Pluto, she wields the Time Staff. Inside her staff is the source of her powers and the third talisman, the Garnet Orb. Pluto's primary attack is the Dead Scream. A powerful attack worth a thousand deaths, hence the name. However, it was hard to decide which was more powerful, Saturn's destruction of the earth or Pluto's stoppage of time. I felt that Saturn can destroy anything but time. Pluto's Dark Dome Close is THE most powerful attack of all Sailor Scouts powers. Although, it is forbidden for Sailor Pluto to use it because she can destroy time if used too frequently.

When Sailor Pluto says this, she generates energy with her garnet orb. The energy forms into a ball and is hurled at an enemy.
When Sailor Pluto says this, she stops the passage time. She rarely uses this because it's a forbidden attack that can break the passages of the time barrier.
